Yesterday,I placed an order for two mutton biryanis one Dum Biryani and one Haveli Ghee Roasted Biryani. Unfortunately, the restaurant handed my order to another customer. When I arrived, they informed me about the mistake and asked me to wait another 10 minutes while they prepared the order again.
I specifically requested extra spices, and they agreed. However, after reaching home and starting dinner, I realized they had packed chicken dum biryani instead of mutton, and it was mostly plain rice rather than an authentic dum biryani.
When I called the restaurant regarding the issue, the staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse.
Very disappointing experience overall, poor customer service and inaccurate order handling. The ghee roasted biryani may be worth trying once if served with proper spices, but the dum biryani quality and service were not satisfactory.

Family Pack: Paneer 65 – Review
The onion wasn’t fried; it was caramelized, which didn’t really suit the dish. The biryani itself tasted good. However, the quantity of raita and salan was too less for a family pack and should be increased.

I ordered several biryanis and a couple of curries to enjoy with some Indian colleagues. Everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous.
My colleagues confirmed that this place is the real deal and that the biryanis are authentic and the curries delicious.
Also, the folks who served me were so lovely. I will definitely be back!

Taste is absolute fabulous and also the hospitality that the manager ms Divya provided is outstanding she helped me through the menu and suggested me to the taste I like, will visit soon again !
